How to take Measurements for custom order?

If you choose to have a Custom (Made-to-Measure) jacket, please email us your measurements. We charge additional $30 for sizes above 2XL and custom orders.

Following measurement are required only for custom made to order please provide bear chest measurement or thin t-shirt

Neck -(Measure around your neck at the height where your collar, if buttoned, would be. The tape should be comfortably touching the skin, with enough room so that you do not feel restricted)

Chest - (Measure around the chest and body at its fullest part, typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples)

Shoulder - (Measure from the end of the right shoulder to the end of the left shoulder back from the neck. We define the “End of the shoulder” as where the horizontal plane of the shoulder intersects the vertical plane of the arm)

Sleeves - (End of the shoulder to mid of the palm)

Bicep - (Measure around the fullest part of the bicep with arms by your side)

Waist/Stomach - (Measure around the fullest part of the waist/stomach or right below your bottom ribs, whichever is greater)

Hips/Seat - (Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks)

Length - (Base of the collar to the bottom of the jacket)

SHIPPING DETAILS

This item can be shipped worldwide except Russia, Israel and Brazil.
Our orders shipped within the mentioned time with a notification of payment.
All our orders will be shipped via DHL, FedEx or USPS.
Estimated Delivery Date will vary depending on destination.
All the items will be shipped within allotted days, if not then the buyer will be notified prior.
We will not be held responsible for any Custom Duties -OR- Taxes charged by your country on the parcel / Jacket we send to your address. But we always declare your parcel as gift item and value it as a low cost item
If your shipping address is in a remote area (not in metropolitan) where our courier company have no direct access we may ask you to pay additional shipping cost of $30 for indirect Shipping (in which case more than one carrier involved to ship to your address) -OR- We may cancel your order by refunding you the full amount you have paid to purchased the jacket.

RETURN AND REFUND

We believe in creating long lasting relations with our customers and thus returns may be accepted within 14 days of receiving item in genuine cases when item features does not match with the listed item or quality is not as per pictured items. We are not responsible for sizing issues and related returns because size dispatched to buyers are as per their own selection and if sizing issues occurs we only accept exchange. In all above cases return shipment and replacement jacket shipment would be paid by buyer.
In-case of item refund, only item price would be refunded excluding actual shipping cost

In case of custom duty if required to pay at the destination country we Dynamic Leather will not be responsible for paying any amount in this regard, custom duty would be paid by buyer for item clearance at destination port (if required)
